I built Lumyn Health because I kept watching high-performing closers leave money on the table, not because they lacked skill, but because their biology was working against them. Sleep science and circadian rhythm research has been applied to elite athletes for years. Nobody had brought it to sales.
The programme is medically reviewed by Dr Zade Sadek, a medical graduate training in Critical Care Medicine, who reviews every protocol and supplement recommendation before it reaches a client. The programme itself is delivered by Dr Phil Clarke - PhD in performance psychology, certified sports scientist - who runs your weekly check-ins and interprets your data throughout the eight weeks.
